Summer weekends, this year, were dedicated to a few day trips we could take from Skopje. After the one to Kokino, we decided to go to a place none of us have visited before- the city of Kratovo and the nearby village of Kuklica.
Being cooped up indoors has been (almost) no fun at all, but it's the least we can do for a while, I guess. So this summer I decided to visit a few outdoor places in my country which would not have made my "to visit" list, if there was no pandemic.

Last year we went on a day trip to Mavrovo to enjoy the fresh air, amazing autumn scenery and lovely food at least for a day. The snow wasn't on the ground, so the autumn leaves were in full bloom, and it was spectacular to witness. I'm not a specially gifted landscape photographer, but here it's really difficult to miss a shot.
The summer has already finished, and I still haven't finished writing about my vacation (dropped the ball on that one, didn't I?). However, since it's a city escape, and the city at hand is Vienna, summer does not have to be the only season to visit it.
I wanted to dedicate the second part of the Bratislava photo blog to the modernist and socialist modernist architecture and sights of the city. Which were plenty!
